Assistance to Educational Institutions through Scholarships

Coming from a poor immigrant background, I wouldn’t have been able to afford college alone. If it weren’t for the MBF’s generosity, achieving my degree would have been much more difficult. For that I am eternally grateful.

Viviana Aranzazu

MBF Scholarship Recipient, Miami-Dade College

Coming from a family that has a very low income, scholarships such as these really do make a difference and give students, like myself, the opportunity to demonstrate their hard-work and dedication in school.

Kenia Ortiz

First Generation Scholarship Recipient, Florida International University

I am the first person in my family to go to college. I live in a low income household where, no matter what the circumstances, school has always comes first. Although my parents have struggled to provide me with all I need to succeed, being a recipient of the First Generation Scholarship has helped tremendously. Thank you for supporting me and other families who truly need this extra help.
