A native of Miami, Louis has always been involved in the city he grew up in. A graduate of Belen Jesuit Prep (class of ’96), Louis later attended Florida International University where he graduated with a double major in International Business and Marketing (class of ’01). As a Commercial Real Estate broker, he has participated in the shaping of the City’s skyline through several land development deals.

In addition to land Louis, and the group he is part of, Global Investments Realty, specialize in selling income generating properties (i.e. retail, office, industrial, and multi-family apartment buildings). Outside his professional, Louis is very supportive of non-profit organizations in the community. He is a member of the Board of Trustees for the MBF, an organization that supports minorities and minority small businesses, serves as chair of their Loan Committee, and is very involved with Our Pride Academy, a school for children and young adults with special needs.
