MBF is an economic and business development organization which is governed by a Board consisting of fifteen (15) Directors, of which five (5) are appointed by the GGP Company, five (5) appointed by the City Commission of Miami, Florida and five (5) members elected by the ten (10) members selected by the GGP Company and the City of Miami Commission. There are five (5) Committee Members recommended by Board Members and appointed by the Board. The MBF’s daily affairs are conducted by an Executive Director, Loan Program Directors, Educational Programs Director, Loan Program Manager, and Program Coordinator.
