The MBF is an economic and business development organization which is governed by a Board consisting of fifteen (15) Directors, of which five are appointed by Bayside Market Place, five are appointed by the City of Miami Commission and five are appointed by GGP Company.

Nicole Ewan is the Assistant City Clerk for the City of Miami, where she is responsible for the administration and coordination of all City Commission meeting transcriptions.
