Kathleen Murphy currently serves as Executive Director of the MBF. Murphy previously served as executive director of the Miami Symphony Orchestra.

Alan Alvarez serves as Education Programs Manager of the Miami Bayside Foundation. He has over 10 years of experience in community relations and corporate philanthropy, most recently serving as Director of Community Relations for the Miami Marlins.
