Since September of 2015, MBF has presented Small Business Training for minority-owned businesses in the City of Miami. Taught by experts in the field, the workshops provide business owners with essential tools and skills to grow their companies. In November of 2018, MBF celebrated another cohort of Miami small business owners, graduating its ninth training.

The 5 week, 10-session program covers such relevant topics as Establishing a Business, Developing a Business Plan & Projections, Understanding Financial Statements, Basic Accounting, Market Analytics, Marketing Plan & Branding, Digital Marketing, Policies & Procedures, Leveraging Amazon, Business Resources, and Accessing Capital.
