Keisha Buckanan

Keisha Buckanan is HSBC’s Regional Community Development Manager for Florida, Mid Atlantic, and West Coast. She has been in banking for over 20 years, with a total of 13 years with HSBC Bank. Throughout her career she has held other leadership roles such as Branch Manager, Regional Residential Lender, and Commercial/Business Relationship Manager. Where she provides meaningful support to organizations in the local entrepreneurial ecosystem. In her journey, she has mentored female entrepreneurs looking for funding, students on how to perfect a business plan and pitch, as well as her peers on how to build networks in the communities they serve.

Keisha graduated with a Bachelors in Organizational Management and is currently working on her Masters in Human Resources at Nova Southwestern University. She was born in Jamaica, came to the US at the age of 10 and enjoys traveling back a couple times a year to enjoy the culture, amazing foods, and picturesque beaches.
