Francy Rueda

Francy Rueda serves as Senior Loan Program Manager at MBF.

Francy has served in diverse industries, leading financial services and lending programs with a focus on micro, small, and medium enterprises, financial inclusion, and social development. She has worked in developed and developing countries and was a Master of Microfinance professor.

During her career, Francy has developed loan portfolios integrating savings and insurance, and financial and non-financial risk management systems. Francy also worked in the telecommunications industry and was instrumental in the development of a one-of-a-kind financial services program for the Latinx Market with a budget of $25 Million.

Born in Colombia, Francy holds a Master of Microfinance and Social Development and a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering degrees.
