On Tuesday March 15, 2016 MBF provided a $50,000 loan to Barks and Tales Dog Spa Inc., a company providing pet grooming, boarding, and daycare services to Miami’s furry friends. Established in 2009, Barks and Tales Dog Spa is located on 2037 NW 1st Pl, Miami, FL 33127 in Wynwood.
On March 2, 2016, MBF gifted funds for 7 iStartSmart terminals to strengthen St. Alban’s Child Enrichment Center in Coconut Grove.
MBF started the year providing a new loan to its very first loan recipient, Panther Coffee. Since 2011, when MBF provided startup funds to Panther Coffee, the coffeehouse has taken Miami by storm.
